Meeting Minutes
March 12, 2013
The meeting was opened at 6:00 p.m.
Present: P. Murphy, S. Wechsler
Chairman: B. Kelley
At 6:05 p.m. Budd Kelley made a motion to enter executive session to discuss real estate abatements. Sandy seconded the motion. The following roll call vote was taken:
Budd: yes
Peter: yes
Sandy: yes
At 6:31 p.m. The board returned to the public meeting.
Sam Joslin, Building Inspector joined the meeting and informed the board that # 31, 37 & 41 Annapolis Way and #’s 36,32 &38 Fordham Way were either demolished or would be by the end of this week. He also informed the board that # 29 Southern, #3 Dartmouth and #’s 40 & 30 Fordham Way had all been declared uninhabitable. None of these properties were posted uninhabitable on or before January 1, 2013.
No further business was conducted.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
